The Arouca Residence project is located in Cascais on Rua Direita — one of the most popular tourist destinations in the centre of the city.
The project assumes the creation of 10 apartments that vary between types T1 and T2, as well as a commercial space.
The project is in the design stage based on a "Planning Building Submission" already duly approved. The renovation project is due to commence in the second semester of 2024, with a completion date in 2026.
