The Capelo 26 project is located in the heart of Chiado, next to the Teatro Nacional de S. Carlos.
The development project is in its final planning stage and will allow for a refurbished building with four luxury T1 and T2+1 apartments and a retail space that already has a well known restaurant in operation.
The project is approved and the rehabilitation process will soon begin.
