The Ivens 48 project is located in Chiado, otherwise known as "Coração de Lisboa" – the heart of Lisbon. It is a very vibrant area of the city that attracts many tourists a year and has a lot of high-end retail and restaurants.
The redevelopment project has been submitted to and approved by the Lisbon Municipality and allows for the refurbishment of the building to become five T2 apartments and a commercial space.
Ivens 48 is located on a popular and central street in Chiado that is easily accessed by a vast network of public transport. It is a stone-throw away from all important places in Lisbon such as Camões Square, Armazéns do Chiado, Time Out Market and the River.
The project will soon begin the rehabilitation process.
